Livable Homes started out as a simple idea: to help people be safe in their homes.

It was born out of a collective passion for construction and care of our community.

Our goal is to work with you to determine the best way for you to be happy, healthy and safe in your home.

Our expertise comes from nearly 40 years in the construction industry.

Livable Homes is a subsidiary of Scott Construction, a national leader in construction for residential, institutional, and commercial projects.

Our Livable Homes team has worked on many residential renovation projects, each with 10+ years’ experience in the industry. We chose our team leads as they worked extensively on our WorkSafe BC account, where their role was to perform the same services that Livable Homes provides. Working closely with WorkSafe and occupational therapists, they are experts in accessibility.
